Control Panel, as this happens you&#8217;ll notice that some of the commonly used areas of the Control Panel change in their appearance.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The billing area was one of the first parts of the Control Panel to be updated, for more details on the changes we made please\u00a0<a href=\"\/support\/articles\/the-billing-area-an-overview\/\">click here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have now updated the Control Panel dashboard, a place where you can view your domains, the services attached to each of them and make any changes you wish to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dashboard will display in one of two different ways, to the top right of your domain list you&#8217;ll see that you now have a tile or list toggle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/tile_list_view-1024x425.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1528\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To the right of the two icons is the list view, which when clicked will make your dashboard appear like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/list_view.png\" a domain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When viewing your control panel dashboard in list view, to the right of the domain is a cog icon, which, when clicked offers a number of options for you to choose from in order to manage your domain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/domain_options_list.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When viewing your control panel dashboard in list view, to the right of the domain is a cog icon, which, when clicked offers a number of options for you to choose from alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control Panel warnings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When there is a matter which requires attention on your account you&#8217;ll see an alert like the one below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/alert_header.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The small red icon flags the particular domain\/s which require attention<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-28at09.31.31.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-28at09.31.19.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nature of the warning is emphasised within the dashboard, in this example a domain name requires validation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-28at09.35.32.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example, the CloudSite product is highlighted in red and a &#8216;Renew&#8217; option is offered beneath the service, as the CloudSite package requires renewal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-28at09.38.31.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Idle domains<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Domains with no services attached and which are not using a web or email forwarding rule, are highlighted with the &#8216;I am idle&#8217; icon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/idle_domain.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Putting an idle domain to work is simple, there&#8217;s the option to associate the domain name with a website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Add_website.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are multiple options that follow depending on your preference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-24at13.09.34.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Or you may just want to use your domain name for email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/add_email.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are email solutions to suit all needs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ScreenShot2016-11-24at13.08.55.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Or you may just want to use email or web forwarding, in which case select the cog
